Jay earned his B.A from the University of New Hampshire and his M. Ed at East Carolina University. He has been a licensed appraiser and broker for over nineteen years. Jay’s past endeavors have included service in the United States Coast Guard, teacher/coach and remodeling contractor, providing him with the perfect blend of service, teamwork and real estate expertise. Jay resides in Bedford, NH with his wife and daughter.

Ken is a native of Hudson, NH and earned his B.S from the University of New Hampshire. He has been a licensed appraiser and realtor for over seven years.
